Surveys building systems as they pertain to interior design remodeling and construction. Covers mechanical systems of residential and light commercial interiors. Emphasizes environmental concerns and sustainable building practices. Covers building codes as they pertain to interior remodeling. Prerequisites: (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. (See course content and outcomes.)
