Introduces educational pathways to a career in the semiconductor industry. Hands-on training to build foundational skills used in manufacturing-related academic programs, and how those skills relate to working in semiconductor manufacturing. Introduces semiconductor manufacturing concepts and processes. Technical topics covered include electrical circuits, schematics, hand tools, safety, cleanroom protocols, problem solving, continuous improvement, and vacuum technology. In addition to technical skills, this training also develops essential skills valued by employers.
