Address chronic back pain, dysfunction and movement issues with gentle Active Movement Therapy exercises. Designed to re-set and rebalance your body mechanics, muscles, connective tissue and nervous system.

Learn to assess your body mechanics and relieve back pain with this 4-class series. The gentle exercises are designed to be done daily to create long-term change in your body mechanics and pain level. You can expect changes in your body by the end of the very first class. Live classes run on Zoom on 4 consecutive evenings. The recorded classes will then be available for use for the rest of the semester. Attendance at the live sessions is not required. You will need to get down onto and up from the floor. Not intended for: neurological, autoimmune, or degenerating nerve conditions. Equipment: firm chair, non-stretchy yoga strap, pillows, shoes, wall space, floor space.
