Learn to perform client intakes, assess nutrient status, interpret functional labs, and recommend 30 herbs. Practice affecting behavioral change through motivational interviewing, food relationship coaching, and by expanding culinary proficiency.

Functional Nutrition Essentials teaches you how to perform a client intake, analyze one’s macro- and micronutrient intake, conduct a nutrition focused physical exam (NFPE), and interpret functional labs as the basis of bio-individualized nutritional assessments. Course also teaches motivational interviewing, food relationship coaching, and designing functional, personalized meal plans, then transferring culinary knowledge and skills.
