Learn assessment skills and recommendations for perfect health. Introduction to pulse and tongue analysis. Restorative yoga.

Explore the foundations of the ancient health system of Ayurveda (Indian medicine). Discover how to balance the mind, body and spirit through both Yoga and Ayurveda. Emphasis on health management of Winter (Vata) systems and appropriate balance with food, nutrition, lifestyle and routines.

Start any term. Complete all 4 courses to qualify for your 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training!

Two books used throughout program (book info emailed before class begins). Course awards 50 CEU hours.

The Tuesday session will be held remotely. The Thursday session will offer both remote and in-person attendance options.
