Screening considerations
We screen applicants for Quick Start, with special consideration given to women and BIPOC candidates. Our program is designed to support individuals who are new to the field and do not have extensive prior experience or education. Candidates with four-year degrees are considered to be overqualified and are encouraged to apply directly to ATTD/LTD positions on the Intel website; we also exercise caution when selecting those with an associate degree closely related to engineering. In addition, please be aware that current or former blue or green badges will not be considered. In general, candidates with ESOL Level 8 or higher are best positioned to succeed in Quick Start. This ensures alignment with our funding requirements and the needs of our employer partners.
