  2. Watch for an email

Halfway through your final term, you’ll get an email from records@pcc.edu that confirms you are pending to graduate. (If you are in your last term and don’t get an email about graduating, contact Student Records right away.)

  3. Order your diploma

To get a printed diploma, follow step 3 on this page.

Order your diploma before your awarding term ends. Diplomas are processed 6-8 weeks after grades have been posted and degrees have been awarded. You will receive a digital diploma, which can be shared on social media, and a printed copy by mail. Parchment is our diploma vendor. When available, you will receive an email from Parchment to claim your digital diploma and confirm your mailing address for the printed diploma. The diploma is a ceremonial representation of the degrees and certificates listed on your transcript.
  4. Graduate!

After you complete all required classes, your degree or certificate will be posted to your transcript. This happens a few weeks after the term ends. You’ll get an email when your transcript is updated.

  5. Participate in commencement

Get dressed up in a cap and gown and celebrate your accomplishments. Commencement is optional but recommended!
