Need an unofficial transcript?

If you just need to see or print your unofficial transcript, you can do it directly in MyPCC:

  1. On the MyPCC Home tab in the Quick Links section, click unofficial transcript
  2. Click Print to create a PDF? (see how to print to PDF)

What is a transcript? A transcript is a chronological summary of your permanent academic record at PCC. There are two types of transcripts: unofficial and official. Official transcripts are sent directly from PCC to the intended recipient.

What’s on an official transcript at PCC?

  • all courses taken
  • all courses in progress
  • all grades received
  • all degrees and certificates conferred

How to order an official transcript

Current students

Use this process if you can log in to MyPCC.

  1. Log in to MyPCC
  2. On the Home tab in the Quick Links section, click on official transcript
  3. Click on Access the Transcript Ordering Site
  4. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create an account
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions
    • Remember: don’t email official transcripts to yourself – this makes them unofficial! Send them directly to your recipient.
How long does it take?

If you use the ordering link in MyPCC, your transcript will be sent in 1 hour.

Former students

If you can no longer log in to MyPCC, follow these steps.

  1. Visit the transcript ordering site
  2. Create an account or log in as a returning user (you don’t use your MyPCC login). If you have an account that was created before November 18, 2022, you need to create a new Parchment account.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions
    • Remember: don’t email official transcripts to yourself – this makes them unofficial! Send them directly to your recipient.
How long does it take?

Your transcript will be sent in 1-2 business days.

Third-party requests
  1. Visit the transcript ordering site
  2. Choose to order someone else’s credentials
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions
  4. Colleges, universities, or businesses who are requesting official transcripts on behalf of a student must upload a records release signed by the student (electronic signatures are not acceptable) as a part of the order. You’ll be asked to enter the student’s:
    • Name
    • Previous names
    • Dates of attendance
    • Date of birth
    • Last 4 digits of their SSN
How long does it take?

The transcript will be sent in 1-2 business days.

GED?

PCC administers GED? tests for the State of Oregon, but we do not hold the records. You can obtain a GED? transcript or GED? diploma by visiting ged.com.

GED? is a registered trademark of the American Council on Education and may not be used without permission. The GED? and GED Testing Service? brands are administered by GED Testing Service LLC under license.

Fees and delivery methods

You will need to have a valid credit card available (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).

  • PDF eTranscript: $5.75
  • Paper Transcript, Mailed: $8.25 (includes USPS standard shipping)
  • Paper Transcript, Expedited Shipping Options:
    • USPS International Shipping: $11.15
    • FedEx Domestic Overnight: $37.75
    • FedEx International: $63.75
  • Third-Party Order, PDF eTranscript: $20 fee
Important points to know:
  • Holds on your record can prevent your official transcript from being issued. If this occurs, you will be notified and the request will be canceled.
  • You can upload additional documentation that needs to be sent with your transcript (NursingCAS, AMCAS, etc.)
