Eligibility Members of the community who pay taxes to support the college, PCC Alumni, and retired PCC staff may register for community patron cards. Registrants must be 18 years or older. Due to licensing agreements with library vendors, community patron card privileges limit access to ebooks or databases to use inside library buildings. No access is granted for ebooks or databases outside of the library. Although community patrons are always welcome in the library, priority is given to PCC students. Due to limited resources, community patrons have two-hour access to computers each day. Questions? Contact Us PCC Library participates in the Oregon Library Passport Program.
