Paul and Punky the cat
Paul Montone has been teaching English and Writing classes at PCC since 2007. He recently began working within Online Learning’s training and development team as a digital learning facilitator. He has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in English from Portland State University, where he focused on Gothic Studies. Outside of work and academics, Paul is a musician and plays bass guitar for Lida Husik. He is also an avid record collector who has produced several LPs for Discourage Records, a small-press record label he co-owns and operates with friends. In his free time he enjoys eating out, arts events, and time with family.
