The Learning Technology Help Desk will be closed from December 24th, 2024 to January 1st, 2025 for PCC’s winter break.

What we can help with

The Learning Technology Help Desk’s faculty support can help you troubleshoot issues with your online course, teach you how to use the tools, and answer questions about PCC-specific information such as dates, deadlines, and processes.

The LTHD can assist with issues using the D2L Brightspace environment or reporting outages.

Whom do I contact?

To report an outage when the help desk is closed, please call 971-722-4400 and press 1 to activate the emergency pager.

Current hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 8am to 7pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 7pm

Alternate hours and closures:

  • Closed Wednesdays: 11am to 11:30am (staff meeting)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 2pm to 3pm (Lunch)
  • Closed December 24th to January 1st for winter break.
